高科技园区展厅坐落于翻新社区公园(同样也是筑土国际设计), 此为中国大陆记录在案的第一个零能耗建筑。该大楼在主体上运用最先进的技术,实现能源消费低于25千瓦时/平方米/年,而且剩余的能量负荷能通过挡光板抵消殆尽。设计能到达如此成就,主要原因是使所有永久工作区域通过复杂的立面设计,达到了200勒克斯自然日光水平。该大楼将集合自然日光和室内气候于一体,在总体上提升健康生活环境品质和生产生活的能力。在多学科小组和3 D工具优化领域的帮助下,这个建筑实现了在最低消耗的基础上实现最大功效完美设计理念。

A MAYOR REASON HAS BEEN The ACHIEVEment of 200 LUX of NATURAL DAYLIGHT LEVEL FOR ALL PERMANENT WORKING AREAS THROUGH SOPHISTICATED FAÇADE and skylight DESIGN. WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM AND 3D modeling TOOLS, AREAS OF WINDOW AND SKYLIGHT HAS BEEN modulated TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY WITH a MINIMUM USE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE FACADE OPENINGS.

In an international 2-stage competition, we are proud to say we that our combined team of multiple disciplines made it to the top tree of finalist, considered for the execution stage. Through a detailed study and reading of context and landscape, we have developed a ‘BLUE GREEN engine’, WE propose USING the unique ‘mini mountains’, river beds and sandy beaches of Qingdao as a driver for defining 3 mayor clusters, each with unique local characteristics. This defines a long-term strategy preserving green ‘fingers’ and ‘blue’ rivers that integrates this belt city, the coast and hinterland together.
