ARCHILAND'S PROJECT WINS 2025 ARCHITECTURE MASTERPIECE
Recently, the 2025 Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) winners were officially announced. ARCHILAND's project, “Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Park Corridor Zone,” stood out among numerous outstanding global entries, earning an Honorable Mention in the Urban Design category.

On December 16, 2025, the American Master of Architecture Prize (AMP), an internationally authoritative design award, announced its annual winners. This year's competition was exceptionally fierce, attracting over a thousand entries from 72 countries worldwide, showcasing diverse ideologies and cutting-edge explorations in architecture and design. ARCHILAND International received an Honorable Mention in the Urban Design category for its project “Urban Design for Key Areas of the Science and Innovation Corridor in Chengdu Future Science and Technology City.” This recognition reaffirms the firm's design philosophy and professional expertise on the international stage.
Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Park Corridor Zone
This project is situated in the initial development zone of the key area within Chengdu Future Science City's Innovation Corridor. It represents the last high-value undeveloped plot in this region and serves as the “first urban interface” connecting Tianfu International Airport to Chengdu.
As a vital platform for demonstrating western China's technological innovation and embodying Chengdu's park city concept, the project adopts ecological, innovative, low-carbon, and future-oriented principles as its core design philosophy. It is dedicated to creating a super park community characterized by “city-landscape symbiosis, industry-city co-creation, and smart co-construction.” By establishing seamless urban-landscape spatial forms, systematically integrating dual-carbon and smart technologies, and developing a multi-dimensional park system with a slow-traffic network, it will shape a future urban landscape that combines international vision with local cultural characteristics. The project aims to become an innovation platform attracting science and technology talent, as well as an age-friendly community suitable for both living and working, helping Chengdu Future Science and Technology City establish a new-era model for urban development.
