ARCHILAND WINS TITAN PLATINUM AWARD AND SHARES "SUPER CHASSIS" INNOVATIVE SYSTEM AT INDUSTRY FORUMS

The Haitai · Yanxi Garden project, designed by the Archiland, has been awarded the Platinum Award – the highest honor – at the 2026 U.S. TITAN Property Awards. This accolade affirms the team's design excellence, innovative design concepts, and sophisticated spatial articulation.

Concurrently, Mr. Fang Yi, Chief Architect of ARCHILAND, was invited to speak at two high-profile industry conferences held in Changsha and Liaocheng. He delivered in-depth presentations on the core design methodology behind the award-winning project – the "Full-Area Elevated + Three-Dimensional Garden Community" and the "Super Chassis" innovative system. This system elevates community public functions to the second floor, freeing up the ground level for elevated gardens. It enables clear separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic while integrating all-age activity zones with three-dimensional landscaping, significantly enhancing residential comfort and providing a viable technical pathway that balances high quality with cost control.

From international awards to active industry knowledge-sharing, ARCHILAND remains committed to addressing challenges through innovative design and advancing the quality of human-centered living environments via meticulous, execution-oriented practices.
