Open Positions

Lead Planner (Tianjin)

Support the team in the whole process from conceptual design to schematic design.

Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree, 5 years of work experience for graduate students, majoring in urban planning and urban design;

2. Experience as a project leader in planning, good project understanding, scheme design, reporting communication and work organization skills; experience in concept

planning, urban renewal, ecological landscape planning;

3. Strong design ability, able to independently complete a reasonable and effective planning and design program;

4. Work experience in large design organizations or graduation from key institutions or overseas study background is preferred;

5. Ability to utilize AI technology to assist in design and presentation;

6. Strong teamwork and internal and external communication skills, excellent time and schedule management.

Planning Project Manager (Tianjin)

Independently manage the team to complete the whole process of design project commercial and technical.

Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree, 5 years of work experience for graduate students, majoring in urban planning and urban design;

2. Experience as a project leader in planning, good project understanding, program design, reporting and team management skills; experience in concept planning,

urban renewal, ecological landscape planning;

3. Working experience in large design organizations or graduation from key institutions or overseas study background is preferred;

4. Strong teamwork and internal and external communication skills, excellent time and schedule management;

5. Ability to adapt to business trips and off-site work;

Junior Planner (Tianjin)

Under the guidance of lead designer and project manager, assist in the whole process from conceptual design to schematic design.

Requirements:

1.More than 4 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree, 2 years of work experience for graduate students, majoring in urban planning and urban design;

2.Be able to skillfully use CAD, PS, ID, Enscape, Lumion and other related software;

3.More than 1 year working experience in large design institute program team or international design company;

4.Able to skillfully use AI tools for text summary description, scene simulation, drawing output;

5.Schematic design, project planning, landscape design expertise or overseas study background is preferred;

Lead Architect (Tianjin + Chengdu)

Support the team to complete the whole process from conceptual design to schematic design and preliminary design.

Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree, 5 years of work experience for graduate students, Direction of Architecture Related Programs;

2. Experience in projects related to office R&D, industrial parks, commercial buildings, cultural buildings;

3. Ability to coordinate the design development team or engineering team, able to be responsible for the whole project management and organize teamwork;

4. Good project understanding, scheme design, reporting communication and work organization skills;

5. Experience working in large design institutes or international design firms, graduation from key institutions or overseas study background is preferred;

6. Able to use AI technology to assist design and presentation;

7. Fluent in English.

Junior Architect (Tianjin + Chengdu)

Under the guidance of lead Architect and project manager, assist in the whole process from conceptual design to program design and preliminary design.

Requirements:

1. More than 4 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree, 2 years of work experience for graduate students, Direction of Architecture Related Programs;

2. Be able to skillfully use CAD, Tangent, SK, PS, ID, Enscape, Lumion and other related software;

3. More than 1 year working experience in domestic first-tier design institute program team or international design company after graduation;

4. Experience in projects related to office R&D, industrial parks, commercial buildings, cultural buildings is preferred;

5. Ability to skillfully use AI tools for text summary description, scene simulation, drawing output;

6. Good English communication skills and overseas study background are preferred.

Junior Landscape Designer (Tianjin)

Assist in the whole process of landscape design projects under the lead designer and project manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in landscape, garden design, architectural design or urban planning related direction;

2. Be able to skillfully use CAD, PS, SU, Lumion and other related software;

3. Good adaptability, communication ability, execution ability and pressure-bearing ability;

4. Able to skillfully use AI tools for text summary description, scene simulation, and drawing output;

5. Planning, urban design, ecological landscape planning expertise or experience is preferred, experience in large design organizations or graduates of key institutions,

good English communication skills or overseas study background is preferred.
