On April 3rd 2018, Morten Holm and Sun Zheng from ARCHILAND were invited to attend the 14th International Conference on Green and Energy-Efficient Building & New Technologies and Products EXPO. Morten Holm gave a speech to explain the concept of sustainable design and share his experience in urban design and architecture design.

Morten Holm, Design Director of ARCHILAND, made a keynote speech named "Bring Architecture back to Life". In the speech, he put forward multiple solutions to problems brought by rapid urbanization. Based on the requirements on green development, environment capacity and ecological space mentioned in the 13th Five-Year Plan, Morten integrated energy-efficient architecture design, livable city with hydrology management etc., and introduced Copenhagen Urbanization 2.0—Climate Adaptability Planning and Design to help solve problems in China.

The theme of the round table conference is "Green Buildings Make Better Lifes". Participants discussed the impact of green buildings on life, the implementation in the future and latest trends of sustainable buildings.

Sustainable development is driven by green buildings. This International Conference on Green and Energy-Efficient Building & New Technologies and Products EXPO provided not only the platform for international exchange, but also technical guarantees for the sustainable development in China.
