The “Tianjin Circle Poetic Habitat 2035/2050 Action Initiative” puts forward four major strategies: the Eco-Park Action Initiative breaks down the current status quo of artificially divided land use, encourages public-private partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of parks; The Joint Housing Initiative encourages multi-principal housing construction and the development of low-density housing to meet the diversified needs of residents; the Endogenous Economy Initiative stimulates the economic vitality of the community through the activation of land stock through multi-principal development and franchising; and the Social Governance Innovation Initiative strengthens the functions of the streets, and promotes the sharing model of common governance to modernize the governance. The initiative aims to draw a blueprint for the sustainable development of the Tianjin Circle and outline the future of Tianjin's poetic habitat.
