The planning scheme is based on environment, transportation and function, with film and television as the theme, and builds the functional layout of one film and television creative industrial park and two ecological residential areas. The film and television creative industrial park is the core area of the plan, which is divided into three major parts: film and television cultural center area, cultural and creative office area and supporting service area. Considering the future planning and development, these three zones can be further refined and are suitable for development or designed into smaller regional spaces to meet the long-term needs of the project. Multiple connected public sunken courtyards run east and west throughout the area, creating a new, experience-oriented public space in the heart of Chengyang District.
