Badali Area is an old heavy industrial base in Tianjin since 1950s. It is also one of the first “high-end residential areas” in Tianjin after the establishment of New China. As time goes by, many industrial companies have moved out. Renovation in this area is inevitable. Through protection, renovation and renewal of valuable old factories, we trying to create a prosperous urban community, a beautiful riverside space and one characteristic landscape avenue, which integrates multiple functions of office, commercial, leisure and livable community, making this area a bridge connecting the main and sub-centers in future development.
