NANGUANG ANCIENT TOWN, YIBIN
Nan Guang Ancient Town, adjacent to Yibin’s main urban area, benefits from convenient transport and rich historical architecture typical of southern Sichuan. The plan adopts a "One Core, Three Corridors, Two Wings" structure, using IP-led revitalization to merge heritage with daily life and commerce, creating an immersive experience. It preserves the original street fabric and human scale, while reinterpreting regional architectural motifs through a contemporary language. The design integrates local culture into built forms and landscapes, forming a block-style cultural cluster. Modular and flexible spatial strategies enable adaptable layouts to support diverse future uses.
