VIETNAM BINH DUONG NEW CITY -CITY CENTER
Binh Duong New City is a newly developed urban area and an industry-city-service complex. Our design focuses on three core issues: how to create an attractive functional combination that fit the new city, to create an architecture image that fit the surrounding environment, and to create a green sustainable building that fit the local climate. Since the construction of subway will be later than the construction of this project, based on construction schedule, we come up with suitable and flexible functional and commercial strategies. Simple and clear streamlines outside make people easily gathered. Well-arranged space inside make the inner space more interesting and increase visibility of stores. Due to the features of tropical climate in the south of Vietnam, we equip the roof with various functions such as shading, rain protection and ventilation, to make the building more livable and reduce the energy consumption.
