DONG JIANG HARBOR
Dongjiang Harbor, located at the bank of Bohai Sea, has been regarded as an ecological new port in the 21st century. After construction, Dongjiang Harbor, together with Costal Leisure Zone, Lingang Industrial Area and Tianjin Free Trade Zone, will become the name card of international costal city in Tianjin to show the city image. The harbor has been divided into three part: operation area, logistics area and comprehensive supporting area. Based on its special economic pattern and existing site conditions, to meet the objective requirements of development, we provide a flexible planning framework, establish long-term ecology protection mechanism and focus on the ecosystem protection and restoration. Through reasonable planning, the ecological system is reconstructed to achieve the goal of symbiosis between the harbor, the ocean and the architecture.
