Located on the west bank of the Haihe River in Tianjin, Seaview Vineyard's mature supporting facilities and double vision of river and garden view make it an ideal residence. The apartments offer 270-degree unobstructed views of the first line of the Haihe River, and the tower and the bottom of the podium are open to the city, realizing the maximized integration of the building with the surrounding environment and the urban fabric. The building as a whole respects the design concept of giving equal importance to environment, space and efficiency, and pursues the maximization of spatial quality through the study of the applicability, economy and aesthetics of modern space. The large glass windows at the end integrate the cityscape into it, using the language of architecture to draw in the distance between people, environment and building.
